The Karaoke System That Runs Your Rotation

Retire the clipboard. Guests scan a QR code and add songs from their phones, the rotation orders itself, and your venue name sits on the screen all night. Your staff stay behind the bar.

What Karaoke Night Actually Costs You

A clipboard and a pen

Slips get lost, names are unreadable, and the list lives wherever the KJ left it. The rotation lives on a screen everyone can see instead.

Staff pulled away to take requests

Guests add their own songs from their phones. Bartenders stay behind the bar serving, which is the only thing on the list that makes money.

"Am I next?" every four minutes

Everyone sees the running order and an estimated wait built from the real length of the songs ahead of them.

The same three regulars dominating

A re-queue delay enforces fair rotation automatically, so nobody has to be told no in person.

Built For a Room You Charge Admission To

Up to 5 rooms at once

Main bar, back room and a private booking, each with its own rotation, QR code and screen.

Your name, your logo

Venue branding on the guest page and the TV display. Your customers see your brand, not ours.

No time limit

Venue sessions run as long as the night does. No two-hour cutoff mid-shift.

Fair rotation, enforced

Set a re-queue delay and the system holds the line, so your KJ does not have to argue with regulars.

TV display mode

Full-screen view of who is singing now and who is next. Put it on the screen behind the stage.

Top songs and peak hours

See what your crowd actually sings and which hours fill up, so you know which nights to staff.

How a Night Runs

1

Open the room

Start a session before doors. Print or display the QR code on tables, the bar and the screen.

2

Guests sign themselves up

They scan, search for a song, enter a name and they are in the rotation. Nobody asks your staff for the list.

3

Your KJ runs the show

Mark singers as up, done or skipped. The order updates on every phone in the room at once.

4

Close out and read the night

End the session and get a recap: how long it ran, how many sang, and what they sang.

$49 a month

Less than one round. Includes unlimited session time, up to 5 concurrent rooms, your branding on screen, and the analytics behind your karaoke nights.

Questions Venue Owners Ask

Do my customers need to download an app?

No. Guests scan a QR code on the table or the screen and add songs from their phone browser. Nothing to install and no account to create — which matters when someone is three drinks in and you want them singing, not signing up.

Can I run karaoke in more than one room?

Yes. The Venue plan runs up to 5 sessions at the same time, each with its own queue, QR code and screen. Useful for a back room, a private party booking and the main bar running at once.

How do you stop the same person singing every other song?

A re-queue delay you set per session. Once someone has sung, they cannot rejoin the rotation until the delay passes, so the regulars stop crowding out everyone else without your KJ having to be the bad guy.

Does it show our venue name, or yours?

Yours. Venue sessions carry your name and logo on the guest page and the TV display. Your customers see your brand for the whole night.

What do we learn after the night ends?

Each session produces a recap, and the dashboard tracks top songs and peak hours across nights. That tells you which nights to staff up for and what your crowd actually sings.

Is there a free trial?

You do not need an account to try it. Start a free session right now and run it on your next shift — free sessions last two hours, which is roughly one karaoke night's first half. Upgrade when you want the time limit gone.
